The only field that needs to be filled is Manager Name. The rendering job is saved after the open scene by default. The rendering job window opens after saving the work. Click on Save so that the latest version of the work will be rendered. Maya may ask whether the work should be saved before creating the job. In the Render menu, select Create Backburner Job.
